Welcome to our most recent project completed in Newport Beach CA. When this homeowner first contacted us they were undecided between building a Patio cover and sunroom. After presenting both project options, the homeowners really liked the idea of a Freestanding Elitewood ultra lattice with a white Driftwood embossing. When it come’s to the Freestanding Lattice you will do little to no maintenance for the years to come.

Project details: Project in Newport Beach CA. Freestanding Elitewood Ultra Lattice with a white Driftwood embossing. The posts are 8” x 8” Fiberglass columns with Tuscan base & cap built on independent concrete footings. The rafter beams are double 2” x 6.5” wide with scallop end cuts. The header beams are double 3” x 8” wide with scallop end cuts and steel C-Beam inserts for additional strength. The lattice tubes are 2” x 3” wide with a 2” spacing for 70% shading. We added a fan fixture in the center of the patio cover.
