Lattice Patio Cover

  We had a pergola installed in our backyard and completely loved the experience. They even installed our ceiling, fan lights, and electrical outlets. Highly recommend these guys. We're actually contacting them now for more work to be done.

  Patio Warehouse is a quality company from the top on down.  We received our bid from Bennie, who was very professional and up-front about every aspect of the job.  When we decided to go with them we paid our deposit and they came out to check dimensions, materials, colors, etc, two more times!  The first was initially after we OKed the job and the second time was after the permit was pulled and they were ready to order the materials.
A bit of a warning: This is not a quick process.  It takes time to write up the plans for the city and to get the permit.  It takes more time for the patio to be manufactured and additional time to get the installation scheduled and, ultimately, get the patio installed.  What I will tell you is that it is worth the wait.  Our installer, Frank, and his two assistants worked diligently and professionally to complete the job to our satisfaction.  Communication from Frank was outstanding.  He let us know each day when he would be arriving and what they were going to complete that day.  I couldn't have higher praise for Frank.  He pointed out to me that one of the outlets included with an outdoor housing was not outdoor rated and that he would be back to replace it.  I would have never known that.  I really appreciate his honesty and integrity.  
I also have to praise the office staff at Patio Warehouse.  Justine was always pleasant and efficient when I would call and Karra, the office manager, was extremely helpful and patient.  My wife and I couldn't be happier and we look forward to enjoying our Alumawood patio cover for years to come.

  I hired Patio Warehouse to do a patio cover for me a couple of years ago.  That project was so satisfactory that I had no hesitation in awarding another job to them recently.  That latest job was an aluma-wood lattice roof over my atrium, to replace the old termite-infested latticework that was on the house when I bought it.  Additionally, Patio Warehouse has recently completed new patio covers for each of my adult children.  I think Jeff Shore and his crew are terrific.

  We discovered Patio Warehouse when we decided we needed to replace our existing patio, and wanted something more durable.  From our first encounter with their sales rep Bennie Williams, I knew that we discovered a good company.  It got better with the follow up from Karra Torres and Alex Garcia, and it culminated with the install from Julio.

First off:  the end product is gorgeous.  It is solid, finish is incredible.  Very durable.

The people there made this successful .  We ordered really early in our project because we heard they were backed up because of how popular they are, but they proved their professionalism when we had to delay our construction and told them they had to wait. At no time did I feel pressured to complete.

Their communication, compassion, and professionalism makes this an easy recommendation.  In the end, out of all the money I spent on a home remodel, the cost of this patio I can point to and say this was the best money well spent. I highly suggest Patio Warehouse, their product and team, and would suggest to not go anywhere else.
