My wife and I just had Patio Warehouse build a BEAUTIFUL gabled patio cover/roof over our patio. (I’m a very demanding, but reasonable, person. I never negotiate on price but I also NEVER, ever negotiate on quality. A phrase in life that I absolutely abhor is “I wish I would have.”) In a matter of several days, Mario and his associate, Freddie, built our BEAUTIFUL gabled patio roof. They displayed incredible workmanship, the likes of two perfectionists….as I am also one who recognizes, flawless perfection.
I’ve never seen such hardworking, driven people! They have patio covers down to perfection. They worked several days, rarely taking a break, and they are focused on what they had to do, step by step. I had searched patio types and companies over a year ago and decided back then that I thought I should go with Patio Warehouse. I had an old plastic corrugated roof installed under the house roof shingles and had leaking problems for years. I wanted the light that the plastic offered but not the problems. I opted for the Apollo Opening Roof System from Patio Warehouse. I dealt with different people throughout the project depending on what stage it was at and everyone was a pleasure to work with. All the documents were electronic with easy sign-off using docusign. The day finally came to begin the installation. They came on Tuesday and were done on Friday.
I loved the installation team and they gave me confidence it would be done right. After completion, my initial response was I won the lottery – not cheap, but I can look at this every day and be happy I did it. When you look at the sun reflecting off the roof panels, it’s a good way to start your day. Thank you Patio Warehouse !
