Elitewood Combo Patio Covers

  We just had our patio cover installed in our backyard. I gotta say, Patio Warehouse was amazing from the start in getting a free quote & through the whole process of city permits &  installation. The communication from Karra at the office was top notch by keeping us informed throughout the whole process. I already recommended them to a couple of my close friends! Thank you Patio Warehouse for our beautiful cover!

  I hired Patio Warehouse to do a patio cover for me a couple of years ago.  That project was so satisfactory that I had no hesitation in awarding another job to them recently.  That latest job was an aluma-wood lattice roof over my atrium, to replace the old termite-infested latticework that was on the house when I bought it.  Additionally, Patio Warehouse has recently completed new patio covers for each of my adult children.  I think Jeff Shore and his crew are terrific.

  Patio Warehouse is a quality company from the top on down.  We received our bid from Bennie, who was very professional and up-front about every aspect of the job.  When we decided to go with them we paid our deposit and they came out to check dimensions, materials, colors, etc, two more times!  The first was initially after we OKed the job and the second time was after the permit was pulled and they were ready to order the materials.
A bit of a warning: This is not a quick process.  It takes time to write up the plans for the city and to get the permit.  It takes more time for the patio to be manufactured and additional time to get the installation scheduled and, ultimately, get the patio installed.  What I will tell you is that it is worth the wait.  Our installer, Frank, and his two assistants worked diligently and professionally to complete the job to our satisfaction.  Communication from Frank was outstanding.  He let us know each day when he would be arriving and what they were going to complete that day.  I couldn't have higher praise for Frank.  He pointed out to me that one of the outlets included with an outdoor housing was not outdoor rated and that he would be back to replace it.  I would have never known that.  I really appreciate his honesty and integrity.  
I also have to praise the office staff at Patio Warehouse.  Justine was always pleasant and efficient when I would call and Karra, the office manager, was extremely helpful and patient.  My wife and I couldn't be happier and we look forward to enjoying our Alumawood patio cover for years to come.

  The family and I are extremely satisfied with the outcome of our remodeled outdoor living space that allows us to entertain friends and family. Thanks to the Patio Warehouse team,  we enjoy a lot of our time in our backyard. We are super grateful for choosing them. They have a super friendly and knowledgeable team. From the front office to the field, it was a simple and professional process. They are very transparent and gave me a ton of options to choose from to fit with in our budget and for our use. Also very happy they pushed for a city permit to help protect my investment. They took care of the whole process. They by far have been the best and easiest contractor I have worked with on our home.

  We had a pergola installed in our backyard and completely loved the experience. They even installed our ceiling, fan lights, and electrical outlets. Highly recommend these guys. We're actually contacting them now for more work to be done.
