4 Reasons to Properly Choose Your Sunroom Design

Choosing the right sunroom design can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the styles and customizations available. That’s why, when it comes to selecting the ideal Sunroom design, you should consider the following four components: the purpose of the Sunroom, your investment budget, the style options you’re interested in, and the best customization upgrades.

Why Should a Homeowner Consider Building a Sunroom?

Homeowners in Orange County and LA County should consider building a sunroom, as it increases the real estate value. Besides being one of the most popular homeowner upgrades, a sunroom enhances the living space by adding a new room addition.

A sunroom can serve various purposes, such as a quiet sanctuary, office space, children’s play area, family gatherings, or even a workout area.

What is a Sunroom?

A sunroom is essentially an expansion of your living space utilizing any unused area. Currently, sunrooms are among homeowner’s favorite upgrades. Not only do they increase the home’s value, but they are also energy-efficient and come with a lifetime guarantee. That’s why, when considering building a sunroom, it’s crucial to find not only the right contractor but also the best manufacturing supplier that can offer the most comprehensive lifetime warranties.

4 Reasons to Properly Choose Your Sunroom Design

Sunroom Purpose

During our on-site consultations, the first question we ask is, “What’s the purpose of building a sunroom?”. As sunroom contractors, understanding the response to this question allows us to offer specific styles and customization to your preferences.

The most common sunroom designs include: a quiet sanctuary, a break room, an ideal office space, children’s playroom area, spaces for family gatherings and hangouts.

Investment Budget

As a Sunroom contractor, once we understand the purpose of the sunroom, we can provide a range for the investment budget. Based on our previously completed sunrooms, the investment typically ranges from $19,999 to $39,999, which is largely dependent on the “size” and “type” of sunroom.

Style Options

Our sunroom manufacturer, C-Thru Sunroom, offers two styling options: Straight Eave and Gabled Eave sunroom. Each of these sunroom styles has its own unique and distinctive appearance. The Gabled Eave sunroom features a stunning vaulted cathedral ceiling, creating a sense of spaciousness and allowing abundant light. On the other hand, a Straight Eave sunroom is ideal for crafting a private office space or a dedicated entertainment area.

Customization

The customizations from our manufacturing supplier are outstanding. They currently use only top-of-the-line features, such as a SmartGlass system that never becomes foggy or moldy. The walls are designed to withstand any weather condition. There are five different door options to choose from, and a premium insulated roof system ensures the sunroom remains cozy.
