Sunroom Contractor
Sunroom Contractor
Are you looking for someone to install your sunroom, decorative concrete patio, or patio cover? We do all of this and more and, according to our reviews, we are the best sunroom contractor in Orange County. We are proud of our reputation for doing solid, professional work on time and on budget — and for our strong design that makes the finished product look and feel like part of the original style of construction. Patio Warehouse is here to helping you!
For our latest patio enclosure project, for example, we chose a Horizon Sunroom, which has a gabled roof that can be pitched to match the home’s existing roof line, instead of a Sunscape Sunroom, which has a sleek, flat-pan roof. The home had a traditional, pitched roof, so we thought the Horizon model would end up looking more polished.
We are really pleased with the way the finished project turned out. Check out all the photos of the sunroom construction on the Patio Warehouse Facebook page
Choose The Best Sunroom, And Contractor, To Complement Your Orange County Home
The homeowners wanted an impressive outdoor room that made the most of their backyard, which is beautifully landscaped, and wider than it is deep. We made sure to use every available square foot for their sunroom! After marking off the footprint for the new patio enclosure, which spanned almost the entire length of the main house and stretched as far into the yard as we could go, we got to work. We pitched the roof of the sunroom to blend in with both the roof of the house and the garage and used traditional, tongue-and-groove panels for the ceiling. For the walls, customers can mix-and-match insulated wall panels with glazed glass panels to achieve the precise look they want, from walled-in and cozy to barely-there. You can even add sliding glass and screens, turning patio enclosures into screened enclosures on breezy days.
For this project, the homeowners opted for a type of glass that was floor-to-ceiling with minimal trim and doors with inset glass panels, creating an airy, expansive look for their backyard retreat. The top and bottom glass panels are stationary, while the large panels around the center of the entire room slide open to let the outdoors in. What a perfect spot to sit and drink coffee in the early morning sun!
No matter which of our sunrooms you choose, the completely customizable modular construction and high-tech aluminum materials let you add square footage to your home without going over budget or adding much to your power bill. We build with insulated walls that are the thickest in the industry at 4” and designed with thermal breaks to resist the transfer of heat and cold. Our glass panels are made from insulated, high-performance, low-E, tempered safety glass for the most comfortable, and most energy efficient, sunroom on the market.
Finishing Up
We made a couple of final additions to make this sunroom shine. Recessed lighting allows the room to easily transition from a sparkling breakfast nook to a warm, ambient retreat for evening relaxation. The lights reflecting against all that glass is truly a beautiful sight! Two ceiling fans provide good air circulation, especially on days that the homeowners decide to slide open all the glass panels. We also added two sconces on either side of the exterior door to light the entranceway.
We had such a blast creating this breathtaking sunroom with its sparkling, floor-to-ceiling glass. Our favorite part of this job is helping homeowners see their ideas brought to life and making the most of their space.
